A couple of lines of bio for the publication:
Brendan Howell (b. 1976, USA). I am a media artist and an engineer. I have created various software works and interactive electronic inventions. I live and work in Berlin, Germany and teach at the Berliner Technische Kunsthochschule and the Kunsthochschule Berlin, Weißensee.
Eleonora Oreggia is a media artist born in Milan and based in Europe/UK. She received a Master Degree with honor in Philosophy from the University of Bologna (DAMS), with a thesis in Semiotics of Art. She worked few years as editor and researcher at Netherlands Institute for Media Art (NIMK) in Amsterdam, and she has been Researcher in Design at Jan van Eyck Academie in Maastricht in 2008/09. She is currently PhD candidate at Goldsmiths, University of London, department of Cultural Studies.
Hannah Wen-Shan Shieh writes short stories, poems, and essays. She is currently a research student in Critical and Creative Writing at the University of Sussex. She received her Master’s degree from Columbia University in New York and has been teaching Chinese Literature in her hometown in Taiwan.
Jonathan Kemp is an artist involved the elaboration of life coding strategies usually by way of some breton-brut sleights of hand. He currently holds a CREAM Phd scholarship in experimental media at the University of Westminster, London.
Laura Oldfield Ford is an artist and writer based in London known for her politically active and poetic engagement with London as a site of social antagonism. She is the author of Savage Messiah zine which articulates her psychogeographic movements around the city.
Preslav Literary School (Adam Thomas) makes live tape collages using sounds drawn from an ever-growing archive of self-generated or discovered outsider noise, found sound and spoken word cassettes.
